Thje pattern I've used on the hakama is from deviant art... but I was so desperatly looking for a patter that I forgot from were I got it... I'll look for it again and then credit the original author.

The pattern on the haori is %100 original.

Hey I have a question; in the actual anime they use some dudes face (probably an one of the creators or assistant of the manga...or something) to censor ecchi scenes, right? Is that intentional (like some sort of joke, because that guys face is frikkin hilarious) or is that something they added after production?

You've really captured the feel of the show here. SZS loves to have still frames with simplistic colored images, with perhaps a texture or two overlayed. It looks like you could splice this in at any random moment in an episode and you'd never realize this was fanart.
